Happy New Year

As we approach the end of the year, we want to send huge thanks to everyone who has helped and supported us this year.

We held another successful Wear a Hat Campaign with various schools & businesses taking part and we would like to thank each and every one of you.

Thank you to Enotria Wines for another successful fundraising year and choosing Taylan’s Project as its Charity of the Year for the 3rd year running. Total amount raised will follow!

 We would also like to thank all our fundraisers for helping us to continue funding the fight. Some highlights have been from Kelly Jo Hearsey for ‘Marching in Menorca’ and raising over £700, Manu Bevillon for running 2 marathons in a day in memory of Jasmine and raising over £1,900, Chloe Johnson for taking part in the Otmoor Challenge and raising over £400, everyone who came along and supported our Fun Day and helped us to raise over £3,700, The Phoenix Inn for organising another fantastic Phoenixbury Music Festival and raising over £2,500, Waitrose Buckingham for choosing Taylan’s Project in August as part of its Community Matters Scheme and raising over £500, Alan and Irene Rawlinson for another successful Garden Party and raising over £2,000, Jenny and Alex Blakeley for Climbing the 3 peaks and raising over £500 and everyone else who took part in many other challenges, those who volunteered, donated, supported and organised events. There are so many of you and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. You know who you are!!

A special thank you also to everyone who sponsored a teddy or two and helped us to smash our target, enabling us to give 140 teddies to terminally ill children during our Christmas Appeal. We have been receiving some incredible and heart-warming feedback from both the hospital and the parents, telling us how their children have loved receiving cuddly new friends. We will be writing to each one of you separately who sponsored a teddy and supported the appeal.

The continued help and support really does make a difference, allowing us to provide and fund vital research, purchase equipment and support families.

Please continue to support us in 2015 and set yourself a challenge to help raise desperately needed funds for research into brain tumours. We really cannot do it without you.
