3 new research partnerships are announced
We are proud to share the announcement that 3 new brain tumour research Centres of Excellence will receive funding in a collaborative partnership with Brain Tumour Research, paving the way for a £20 million investment of desperately needed funds for brain tumour research over the next five years.
They are: Queen Mary University of London in collaboration with UCL Institute of Neurology, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (London) and Plymouth University Peninsula Schools of Medicine and Dentistry.
The announcement was made on 4th March at a reception Taylan’s Project attended at Speakers House, Westminster, where we joined 150 scientists, clinicians, brain tumour patients and supporters. The event was hosted by the Speaker, Mr John Bercow.
