Famous 7 ride again!

UPDATE:

The famous seven had a great ride and thankfully with not too many problems.

They completed their challenge just before the heavens opened on the last day and as you can see from the photos, they seem absolutely delighted that they have accomplished what they set out to do and so they should be!

We are extremely proud of them all and want to thank them and their supporters for raising £1389.06 for research into brain tumours.

CHALLENGE:

Good luck to Richard Willis, Jon Hill, Greg Orme, Calum Hughes, Rob Harper, David Penn and Simon Kinser as they set off on their adventure in the Lake District!  Last year, they cycled 160 miles from Morecambe to Bridlington, climbing over 6,500 feet.  Many of these guys have always been a huge support towards all the work we do by organising events, attending events, donating and raising awareness, so we are eternally grateful to them all.

This year, they are doubling the climb and their route will see them travel 160 miles but climb 12,900 feet with no support!  

They set off on Friday 18th June and the challenge will take 3 days.  To see the route, please click here.
