Multi Iron Man 2013

This is pretty crazy to say the least!!

James Noble is another good friend of ours who has also became our somewhat family Chiropractor!  A very good one too by the way!  He took part in 2 days of the 700 miles in 7 days bike ride last summer as part of his training and has been training extremely hard every day since for the challenge he has set for himself this summer.  To compete in all UK based Ironman events on 16th June, 4th August, 8th August and 28th September 2013.

James will Swim 11.4km (7miles), Cycle 540km (335.5miles) and run 126.6km (78.6 miles).
