Abseiling the Spinnaker Tower!

UPDATE:

What a day! Despite the weather forecast showing rain for Saturday, Taylan made sure the sun was shining down on us.

The adrenaline kicked in and the support we had from each other was fab. I couldn't have asked for better team mates.

We received a huge amount of support from friends and family and we were really touched when Pf. Geoff Pilkington came along too to support us.

Thank you so much to each and every one of you who also donated and we are pleased to say that with your help, we managed to smash our target and raise an incredible £3,400 for research into brain tumours!

Your kind words of encouragement before, during and after the abseil truly helped us and we feel blessed to have so many people around us who care for our cause.

CHALLENGE:

Taylan’s Project has decided to take on the Spinnaker Tower!!

5 of us have joined together to raise money for Taylan's Project and Brain Tumour Research.

On Saturday 25th April 2015, we are abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower to ‪#‎ConqueritTogether and at an almighty 170 metres high and on Portsmouth's gusty seafront, this is the ultimate challenge!

In memory of Taylan and others who have lost their battle and those still fighting, please help us to raise as much money and awareness as possible into the biggest cancer killer of children and those under the age of 40.
