Olympic Torch Relay location confirmed!
Many of you will already be aware that I have been selected to carry the Olympic Torch in memory of Taylan and those families who are on their brain tumour journey. It is an absolute honour and privilege to be part of something so amazing and I cannot thank BMW Vines enough for nominating me. It will be a very emotional and bittersweet experience for myself and my family and because of this, your support on the day would be hugely appreciated.
My ‘moment to shine’ (as the Olympic committee says)!! Is on day 68 of the relay, Wednesday 25th July.
I am Torchbearer #92 starting in Enfield (London Borough), travelling along Waterfall Road A1003 from House # 129 Waterfall Road and finishing at Waterfall Close. This journey will start at about 3:22pm and will cover a distance of 370 yards.
If you are unable to make it, don't forget to watch it 'live' via the London 2012 website or through BBC.
